Bad service? (dealership)

So I just had my first oil change at Ed Carrol today and i'm gonna have to say, I'm pretty upset. When I picked up my Evo I looked down and there was a gash in the weather stripping below the driver window, I told them about it and they said they would order a new one and put it on for me, but then a couple hours later I checked my oil and it was a good 1/4 inch above the full line on my dip stick. They told me that the Mitsu tech is a master tech of 30 years, to me it doesnt seem like he knew what he was doing. I havent told them about the oil but i'm calling them tomorrow morning. Am i just unlucky or has anyone else had bad experiences with Ed carrol? Sorry for the bitching but i had to vent a little.
