Well, I'm at 5500', so my powerband is shifted to the left, which makes my optimum shift points around 6300-6400rpm. At sea level, even with stock cams, the optimum shift point was around 7100rpm.

7200rpm is fine unless Reno is at high altitude, which I thought it was. If it's 4000' or higher, then 7200 is probably way too high, because your turbo is falling off sharply after 6000. Do you have a dynograph? If so, we would be able to give you better advice on where to shift.
