Yeah, the RS will have an available option package that adds power windows and locks and I believe a stereo system for those who want something in between... It should still be under $29k, which will kill anything else available under $30k performance-wise. Props to Mitsu for doing something like this - every auto manufacturer should offer a "no-luxury" model for every performance car that hits the market. It just makes sense.
