The wastegate spring is not strong enough so it's causing the fluctuation. The shop didnt have an upgraded spring at the time so that's one reason we stop tuning. I can actually hear it open and hiss at WOT over 10psi. Once I get the cam gears, spring and UICP i'll throw it back on the dyno but for now there's more than enough power to get me in trouble.
