It's ok, but not worth the money unless you're getting it for bling purposes. The intake will require you to get a tune, so don't put it on until you're ready to get tuned. The UICP follows the stock routing, so it doesn't help much with performance. The LICP is not much of a power mod, but it is a good mod for improving spoolup. The most important mods on a IX are an exhaust, MBC, and flash - all 3 are far more valuable than intake/pipes, and 2 of the 3 cost way less.
It's best to ask these questions BEFORE purchasing rather than after.
