I hope you don't mind, but this is worthy of it's own thread. Your car, your goals, and your purposes are different then others.
I undrstand that you don't want to cut corners on the clutch, but too much clutch can excessively wear flywheels and pressure plate rings, splines, and transfer cases. Realistically, how much flywheel torque is this set up going to produce? With that information it should narrow the field a little.
