I got a good deal from Racingbrake.com on 2-piece slotted rotors all around, Hawk HPS pads and Goodridge lines. Ended up $1400 and change shipped. The solid disks would obviously be quite a bit less. I like my set up and although I don't have real-world data I can tell that the brakes have improved in response, feel and fade resistance. The stock calipers and master cylinder work very well together and I think it's pointless to replace those unless you need a track-proven setup.
