VIP Garage sells a nice, inexpensive kit that I use on my own car for racing and daily driving. It includes slotted rotors, Hawk pads, Super Blue ATE fluid, and SS lines. I don't think you need anything fancy. If these work for me at my level of racing, then I think they'd work fine for you, too.
