I bought it after I drove one. I was not a beliver when they first came over. I went for a test drive for a goof and I was impressed. Fast forward to a now defunct magazine Speed. They had an article about the "superfast Evo", the Evo MR. That was the Evo for me I thought.

I had a GSX that was in need of an overhaul and I thought the Evo MR would be just as fast without modding. Wrong!! I have modded the Evo more than I modded the GSX. I got caugh up in the magazine hype machine. The 2005's were not that much faster then the 2003-2004s...

While it is faster, I liked the way the GSX looked more. I thought I would warm up to the wing on the Evo.....I miss my GSX too!!!

Oh yeah, then they came out with the IX that was better than the 05's...That's Evolving I guess.
