if you live in the denver area, racing trenz has that stuff in stock, same brand and all
($25 per can, you only need one) southwest corner of evans and monaco.

just mask up what you don't want to paint, and clean the tails with dishliquid soap (removes any wax or coatings) wipe them with denatured alcohol on a lint free rag right before you start to spray.

just apply even wet coats, about 10min between coats (5min or so if it's warm out)

do both tails at the same time, and use the whole can, it will look exactly like larry's

let them sit and dry for a couple hours before reinstalling them. or go have them clearcoated (professional or rattle can, either does the job) first before installing them.
