Yeah, MIR is at about 300' and is one of the best tracks you'll find. You picked a good time to go with the great weather, too.
The driving looks good. The 60's aren't bad, although you shifted worse on the good 60' than you did on the weaker 60', which is strange. Your 1.72 had a higher trap and was half a second better off the line, so that should have been a 12.4, but you must have botched either the 1-2, the 2-3, or both.
Anyway, you could do a little better on the launch, but this is better than 90% of people running those trap speeds. However, I don't know your mods, so I don't know if the traps are good or not. You mentioned stock turbo, stock clutch, and 93oct, but those are normal and expected - you should mention the ACTUAL mods. My last time at MIR, I had stg1 mods (TBE, BOV, MBC, FP, SAFC) and ran 12.52@108 on 93oct but 12.15@111 with 110oct and raised boost.
