The stock turbo doesn't keep pulling up that high, and you can see it on your dynograph. Your car is no different than any other stock turbo'd Evo up here. 7200 is almost too high for SEA LEVEL, but WAY too high at this altitude. Your trap is low for your power level, and that is probably why. Your traps would be higher if you shifted lower. When I first moved here, I shifted my first several runs at 7k like at sea level and was trapping 106s. I then started shifting where my dynograph said I should shift, and I immediately went to 109+. We aren't running the same boost, so our power curves aren't quite the same, but the logic still applies.
