It's really a matter of preference. It's also a matter of preference when it comes to which brand of aftermarket timing and balance shaft belt.
If it was me, I'd do it just for the extra added insurance. It seems like the stock belt holds up pretty well, but I would want to make it that much harder to stretch one.
