If you have a timing belt tension tool (which the mitsu tech will) then any aftermarket Evo belt should go on as easily as stock.
I prefer Power Enterprises belts but most any of them made with kevlar will hold up pretty well. The biggest hurdle is spending the extra dough...they aren't cheap!
