Video, Ford Model A

1929 Ford Model-A

Man what a sleeper! This special engineering project includes exterior and interior restored to its original specification but engine and transmission are from Group 4 Ford Escort BDA rally car with a 250hp power output. The wheels are custom machined replicas only wider and then painted to look like the wooden wagon wheel originals! Even the motor is disguised to look original.

Mäkelä Auto-Tuning Oy (Ltd) does some of the nicest restoration work I've ever seen. Be sure to click on "Projects" to see more of their impressive work including the restoration of a Group B Toyota Celica rally car.
