In regards to the fluid; Yes, regular BG Syncro Shift is what is recommended by RRE. Not the BG II.
"For Front Wheel Drive Manual Transmissions" is what is on the bottle.

In regards to your car; There is no point is guessing what you and your new mods are going to do. There are too many variables that can effect the outcome. Ultimately it is what we refer to as "bench racing" and it is not allowed.
yangs4ever4g63, if you really want to know what you and your car are cabeable of, you need to go and find out. Then, come here and tell us how well you did and how you did it. Or in some cases, how poorly you did, find out why, adjust, and improve.
