Your question is a bit vague in that there are a billion variables that can affect your run. I can't imagine your times improving THAT much from a cone filter and flash. Do you have a TBE or at least a cat back? You will see a significant change from a combo of exhaust and flash. All in all its your driving skill that will determine your time and trap.
