Carz is definitely a good shop you can trust.
For tuning, I suggest Justin (JustDSM), as he is very cheap and very high quality. You are definitely covered as far as tuning.
Don't be too concerned about the octane. We don't list our octane in RON, but rather (RON+MON)/2. Your 99 RON isn't high octane like our 99. I think 99 RON is close to our 93. We only get 91 here, but the higher altitude reduces the need for octane, so it works out fine. You will have no problem making power on pump gas - we all do it.
