I like the 1-2-3-4 numbering system, but as we get new members assign them a spot on the list.
That's how we do our call-signs at work. Its "our" call-sign. For instance, I am Talon 39. There will never be another Talon 39 I was the 39th member to make our team. The numbers continue, we're up in the 70's now..

BTW: I just boost leak tested my POS. It's leaking like a coke can riddled with BB holes
