You should not be hitting fuel cut (no such thing as boost cut). Are you not tuned? Are you running higher than stock boost? Do you have a way to regulate your boost?

With a tune, you will have no fuel cut, and no Evo should be modded without a tune. Continually hitting fuel cut could be dangerous and cause damage, not to mention the code you're surely throwing for an overboost condition.
