Alright Sammi....now I am confused. You had an STI...then got rid of it for I think an Audi...and now you have an Evo? I must have fallen asleep some where.
To add to the thread....mine does it to. I have intake, cams, tune, and grounding wires on an VIII with a JDM IX recirc BOV...and it still does it.
