the problem basically is the brakes, there are too damn big for regular rims. carz performance doesn't have an extra set and there shop car is at the chassis shop. I'm pretty much lookin at buying used rims and tires for a 15 second emissions test. my car is gonna sit in the garage till i figure something out. thnks for the replies, let me know if anyone can help.
