wheel weight fell off

Recently curbed my passenger side rear wheel but only a small rash. Unfortunately, the wheel weight has fallen off because thats the part that hit the curb. Can I get one and just hammer it on myself? Its the small weight that clamps on the rim lip and not the large one. Is it ok to drive the car without the weight for a few days until I get it fixed?
