272/272 Cams (not sure of brand yet. Either Brian Crower, or GSC?) - Good idea. Do Cossie or GSC S1
MBC - Forge Unos #1 or Hallman #2
Intake - Any plain cone filter is fine (Buschur, AMS, etc)
Tactrix Tuning Cable - Great, but be sure you also have a laptop to use with it that has EcuFlash downloaded and installed
Water/Meth Inj. - I would recommend not doing this right away. Do all the regular bolt-ons and get tuned for 91oct. That will be WAYYYY faster than stock, and you'll need to get used to it. Then, decide if you want to do alky or maybe go with the better alternative: E-85.
Tune - Most important mod of all
===
My current mods are
HKS SSQV - Sell it and re-install your stock aluminum DV. It is one of the best you can possibly use - far better than the SSQV and it costs nothing.
DC 3" Downpipe w/ cat delete
Custom 3" turboback - do you mean custom 3" cat-back? The downpipe and cat-delete are part of the turboback.
Additional suggestions:
- Walbro 255lph fuel pump
- Boost gauge (should be mod #1 unless you just didn't list it)
- Lower intercooler pipe
- If you go ahead with the alky, then you'll want to think about an FMIC and UICP
- You do NOT need to do head studs to run alky or high boost. I still am on stock head bolts after 3.5 years, more than 2 of which were ony alky and 26+psi 24/7. It's actually more risky to install head studs with the 1-by-1 method than it is to not change them at all. Head bolts failures are extremely rare.
