E-85 Pros vs Alky:
- Makes more power
- Cheaper
- Less risky
Cons:
- Requires much more fuel (30% more than gas and even more than that compared to alky), which means you'll need to upgrade injectors, and your gas mileage will suffer. However, the gas mileage is more than offset by how cheap E-85 is compared to 91oct and the fact that you don't have to purchase both 91oct and alky/meth (at different places at different times)
- Not available everywhere, but it's not a problem for us in this area
The ported/coated manifold and SS O2 are great ideas, too.
