Crankcase Breather or Catch Can ?

As many of you know, the stock Crankcase Breather routes back to your Intake. Unfortunately there's a good amount of oil released back into your intake, which probably isn't the best for your turbo.

Any opinions on which route is best:

- Filter -> Atmospheric Release - No Vacuum

OR

- Catch Can w/ Return line to Intake -> Under Vacuum from Intake

I'm getting mixed opinions on this. Some people say you need the vacuum pressure from the Intake to draw the oil away from the Crankcase in order to prevent sludge buildup. What are your opinions?
