hmm, thats weird, i only ran a 13.2 @ 105 @ 23ibs and I know I could do better since it was spinning off the line. I had kuhmos asx's, didn't mess with the tire pressure at all either. no race gas nor e85. basic mods(tbe, fuel pump), act street clutch/fly and thats it? and i drive an VIII. With race gas tuned and upgraded IC piping, I could hit 12's for sure with better tires.
