According to your cars profile, your on a flashed stock ECU. I don't know what's been reprogrammed, but stock ECU's like to see a cat or some kind of reading from the second O2 sensor. From my understanding it's turbos that don't like cats.
Is it worth it...?
Depends on if your willing to deal with any legalities, and yes it will be louder.
We try not to guess horsepower gain here, because there are too many variables in tuning a car. If you really want to see what it does; do it, and lets us know what you get.
