wouldnt the evo8 bottom end be better for driving my car at 20psi during normal daily driving? it seems like if you get what they made at the factory it would be more reliable.

Hell, I ran 20 psi on a daily basis on the stock bottom end of my Galant VR-4 without any problems.
BTW, why get an RS and then add everything that would make it a standard EVO? Just get the regular EVO, pull off the wing and sell it to someone and paint the door handles
