I have the Buschur racing 3in exhaust with the high flow cat and the magnaflow, and it is just barely louder than the stock exhaust system.
The stage BR stage II mods (intake pipe) will make the turbo and bov alot louder however. I couln't hear my bov when it was stock, but I replaced it with the stage II parts and a 1g bov and its alot more noticable but still not really noticable outside of the car.
I'd stick with the stock airbox and a dropin filter for the sleeper effect, that and there is only a minimal gain with intake and uicp (on the stock turbo anyways).
