But your fuel upgrades are only a fuel pump and 650cc injectors and an AFPR. The fuel pump is a given and should be done, but 650s would have to be upgraded AGAIN when you do the big turbo, because they're too small. They also are no use or help on the stock turbo, so it's a lose-lose situation. The AFPR will do nothing, and you may not want that with your turbo upgrade. Many people run turbo upgrades without touching the FPR. Either way, you don't need to get it until you get your turbo and may not even need it then.
Yes, BR has stages that you do before a turbo upgrade, but the mods you listed aren't the same as those stages, and some of the parts in their stages are mainly for VIIIs, not IXs. IXs take a slightly different mod path.
I'm confused why you would take a BR350 and go this route. You are going with the wrong tuning choice, you're "upgrading" your BOV when you already paid for an aftermarket BOV that isn't as good as your stock one. Actually, the BOV you have now is a 10yo version of the one that came stock on your IX. You should find out where your stock BOV is and put it on - it's better than the 1G and better than the Greddy.
I didn't look at your profile - I just saw tri-state. I have no idea what that means - always thought it was NJ/NY/DE.
