Thumbs down dont buy from slowboy racing

ive ordered lots of parts from slowboyracing for my 1g talon. i tried to order an injen fmic kit from them and i haven't recieved it after two plus weeks. nobody there can give me any answers, there shipping dept. wont even pick up the phone. it's a $900 part and i cant even get an answer on anything about they are all clueless and they got their money i just hope that i can get it back or get my part. i will NEVER order from these guys again and i erge anyone thinking of ordering from them to think twice before giving them any money. it may not be alot of money to them but i work my ass off for it. and its like i threw away 900 dollars.

Just cancel the payment then. Slowboy does a lot of business, and if this was how everyone experienced dealing with them, then they wouldn't be in business. It's unfortunate that you are experiencing an isolated incident, but you can just cancel the payment then get a better FMIC that doesn't cost so much.

Hey Ian, we ask that our members not use the forums to bash vendors like this. If you have a complaint about one of our Supporting Vendors, contact me directly so I can have the complaint on record. If it's a non-supporting vendor please use Vendors-Reviewed.com. Thanks.

it's been a month and still no fmic. they wont even give me the slightest hint as to were it is. or even call me back when they say they are going to. that is not good customer service. i will never buy anything from these guys again. it's not slander it's fact, and there potental customers have the right to know this. very unprofessional.

I will bring this to their attention as sponsors of this site to see what they say.

Ian thanks for the heads up saddly this is not the first time I have read post about SBR and how they handel customer orders. I have ordered from them before about a year ago and it was parts for my DSM, I had no complaints tho. I now order from extremepsi for my DSM or Evo needs. Hope you get your money back.
