I'm telling you Luda; it's on!
I went to runnersworld.com and printed out a 17 week training plan, broke out the weights, sit ups, push ups...
I'm like a mad Russian with this stuff.
I printed the pic of the turbo kit, put it up on the living room mirror, and look at it everyday. Before I go to the race I'm going to grab the picture with one hand and just crush it just like Rocky did to Drago's picture in Rocky IV. Grrrrrr...
No pain.
No pain.
No pain.

I am the man!
... and it's time to man up.
I've been running my ass off and I stand a chance. She's been under the weather and fighting a sore throat. The race is this Sunday. We're dropping the kids off at Mom's and it's off to Vegas.
... in the Evo of course.
No turbo kit for me. The race was Sunday in Las Vegas (13.1 miles).
Me;
2 hours and 37 minutes.
Wifey;
2 hours and 2 seconds!!! ... and she was sick.
Damn it! I know I should have asked for the handicap. Oh well, I had fun and it's always a good time in Vegas. Where else can you see a bunch of people running at the crack of dawn dressed up like Elvis. http://www.lvmarathon.com/
OH MAN!!!!!!!!!! so close!!! yes i realize its 37 min vs 2sec. but from where you started from larry you should be damn happy where you finished! thats awesome man! nice job
OK, that's not "really" funny, but...
A bet is a bet and fair is fair. I lost, what else can I do? I can't take the violence route; that's just not me.
About the only thing I can think of now is to disconnect the wastegate, say my turbo is busted, and upgrade to a IX.
