Got it at Wal-Mart even though it wasn't supposed to come out till Thursday. Anyways they let you bring in up to 100,000 credits from GT3 and the licenses. So I bought a EVO MR and already got it up to 520hp. Pretty cool game. I'm not a huge gamer, but I do like the Gran Turismo series.

Oh, I also got a Turbo Talon

Too bad it starts out as an ESi model.

I also got a EVO 8 MR GSR as my first car with the extra 100k

Stock HP I got a 12.8 in the 1/4 mile

I got mine fully upgraded now, except nitrous and it ran a 10.6 with no suspension tweaking. One of the Tuner companies has a AWD VW R32 with 550 hp and is only 32k!!! Not a bad little car.

Ahhhhh!!! Lucky me!

My PS2 won't play GT4. I get Disc Read Errors everytime I try and boot it up. I have no problems with any other games... guess it's a problem that other GT4 owners with older PS2 consoles are having too (from what I've read). Great, now I'll have to buy a new PS2 if I want to play my new game. I thought only PC gamers had to upgrade their hardware to handle newer games?

I would complain to Sony about this instead of bying a new PS-2. They should be willing to work with you on this unless they want to destroy their credability.

Yeah that car is uber sick.
Its HPA twin turbo R32. I have actually had the honor of sitting into on a boost run.

I was at waterfest last year when they unvailed it.

In real life this car would cost you 32k to buy the car, 23k for stg 1, 30k for stage 2, and about 10k in other misc. So you are talking about 100k by the time you are done with the install. But you get what you pay for, OEM like drive with 550whp/580wtq that goes 0-60 in 3.2 all through a bullet proof twin turbo 3.2l VR6 block, and 3-6 Gear Hardened and lengthened gear set (192.5 mph/7000rpm). Is it worth it maybe, would I pay for 100k for a VW NO!

yeah that R32 is awesome for the money. Well in the game I mean. I have read a few articles about it and that is an impressive little car. I just think I would spend my money elsewhere if I had that kinda cash. I have beaten all the Beginner now and half of the Pro. Also done a lot of the one car only races in the individual makes. I love the game but I wish the graphics were better and the damn shaky starts are killing me.

Have you taken pictures of your GT4 cars and put in on your computer? I'll start a thread of GT4 pics and everyone start posting up pics of their pimped out rides!

Go to Picture Drive or Photo drive and take pics with 60 different angles and effects. Save it to a USB device and then put in on your pc.

66.3% now. working my way up. all beginner races, profession, endurance, american, european, italian, american car races are all done. i have all but 3 missions done and have a few special events left.

man this game is hard but i got lots of cars its a fun game o ya my ps2 was doing the same thing it would not play anything and the i ran a cd cleaner on it and it fixed it right up i say just clean the ps2 and it shoutl work good

96% last i checked. working on formula gt races, i've won the first 10, 5 more to go, then its the Nurburgring mission race with the Mercedes SLR
