yup my 04 GSR is gone. i sold her for 27.8k with all the mods. it really sucked seeing her drive away. But, don't worry ill be getting a new 06 RS in a few days or so. ill post the pics.
Wow, that's a HUGE price tag for a used 04. Hell, that's almost as much as a brand new 06 IX GSR. Mods should have made it worth less, not more, so you made a killing on that sale. Nice work...
There's really no reason to do an exhaust cam. They have full cam sets now, and doing just the exhaust cam doesn't add much power, if any. The rest is fine (minus the exterior mods, hehe).
I just spoke to Mach V about the MIVEC cams that Cosworth came out with and they will work with stock valves, valve springs, turbo, ecu etc. So thats what I'll be getting come spring time. Oh and congrats on the 9 RS though I would never be caught dead in a wingless Evo.
Well, that's Jun - please don't use that as your reference point. Use the many Evos that have put on an HKS exhaust cam (or other similar exhaust cam) and made 0 power.
No other Evo IX has made near 412whp with mods like that, and I don't really believe Jun did either. It would require mega boost on race gas to get that power with or without cams.
