It depends on what you want to do. If you want a DD and to keep if fairly stock, go with the MR. But if you plan on making over 400-450 hp, save yourself the hassle and get yourself an RS or a GSR (both are 5-speeds). The 5-speed transmissions handle added power a lot better than the MR-s 6-speed tranny, and usually when the MR's tranny fails, owners swap in a 5-speed.
