I will be moving back to grover beach from CO in Aug. Maybe u guys can help me the laws for modding cars here arent bad at all compared to the ones in CA from what i heard and i dont kno if my car is even to going to be legal to drive over their. Is it really that bad or do ppl make it sound worse than what it is.

It can be. I believe it has to do with the situation, the level of mods, and your appearence. I know of guys who have gotten pulled over with full race set ups, I would send them to the ref, and the cop said "nice car." Other guys have been pulled over fully stock, "pop the hood," and harassed.

Well the outside is stock the only things that might get cops attention is the height of the car i dont kno whats the legal limit over there but the front bumper is about 5 1/2 inches of the ground the dark tint all around but thats a quick fix. Performance wise

I have the cat cuse i needed to pass emmissions test and hopefully i pass smog check like i said before CO doesnt care as much as CA i have dark tint all around and i see cars with neons looking like ufo's next to cops and dont get pulled over
