Does anyone know of a good tuning shop or a dyno anywhere near central Virginia???

In Fredericksburg is ProMotion. They have an AWD Dynojet and know Evos. I do believe they've gotten into tuning, so they might be able to flash you, but if not, then you need to get up to the DC area. If you go to the DC Area, VIP Garage in Sterling , VA, is a great shop for parts and labor, and I would suggest Brad @ ISP for tuning.

DTM Motorsports is in Dulles VA. They have a mustang Dyno and just won the NASA TTR Championship at MID Ohio.

You will recieve a no knock tune from them and great customer service.
