Question 1998 EVO 5 GSR TUning Tips

I have a 1998 EVO 5 GSR, righ now its stock sitting at 286 HP. im in Okinawa, Japan and my goal is to make this EVO one of the fastest one on the island. i really dont know where to start if anybody can help me on how to make this happen your help is greatly appreciated.

you should really talk to a tuning shop over there!

I would assume just like any other turbo cars. TBE, Intake, MBC, FMIC, IC piping, and all supporting mods.

There are some great tuners in JDM land so use them!

unfortunately i am not in mainland japan so th esources are limited. and you will be urprised how much money people out here will ask for a certain part. anymore ideas?

You xcan also get JDM goods for very cheap as opposed to ordering them here. you can buy parts and then install them yourself. as for tuning that may be a different issue.
