Big Problem. Need help!!

ok, I am soooo confused, I put some GSC S1 cams in my car. I dropped it off at my tuner. While there he put in some 750cc injectors. While he was tuning it he told me that sometimes when he was at a stop, the outer cylinders just stopped working. Then like magic they started again.....Finally he got it finished. About a week later I was driving it happened to me. I was driving it easy maybe at 3.5k, 0lbs boost. I pulled over turned it off, waited about 1 minute started it up and poof.....it ran like new. Called my tuner and he said that the coil pack might need replaced. So, I bought a new coil and changed the spark plugs. Today I was driving and damn if it didn't happen again. They shut down, then started working fine again. Anyone have an Idea of what is going on???

My tuner was logging it at the time. He told me what happened, but I can't remember anymore.

Are the clips to your injector harnesses attatched? I've seen this issue before where a buddy bought a used Evo that was modded and returned to stock. The prior owner did not install the U-shaped wire retaining clips on the injector harnesses so every once in awhile the number one injector harness would wiggle loose just enough to disconnect it. This created a nice bog down during high RPM's (the vibes caused it to wiggle loose).

I'd check your injectors...my bet is they are missing the clips.
