Buschur double pumper vacuum switch??

I bought a Buschur double pumper fuel system, but I have a general question for those who have the double pumper setups. Do you use the vacuum switch as a relay switch replacement for the second pump or do you still use a second relay switch and the vacuum switch for the second pump??

Built 9:1 Eagle/Wiseco block, stage 4 head w/ Ferrea 1mm and double valve springs, Kelford 280 cams, 1600cc injectors, Holset HX52 89 lb/min turbo, etc...

Can someone help me out? I assume that the reason for the vacuum switch instead out a straight power line to replace another 192 relay right?
