Can i get an MR in black stock

He's referring to the new IX SE MR, which is available in black. Only the SE MR, which is basically the Evo 9.5, comes in black, and there are probably very few of them.

its not an SE, it says MR on it, but its Tarmac Black, and its an 06, but i think its jus special cause its a black MR from 06

Hmm, the regular VIII and IX MRs are not available in black, so it has to be an IX SE MR. Does it have the extra front lip extension?

Anyway, his question was if SEs have 6spds. All MRs have 6spds, but not all SEs do...

Here's the IX SE extended lip. See the nifty cutout/indentation right by the tire front passenger tire and how the lip hangs down a bit over near the front driver's side tire? That lip is not on anything other USDM Evos:
