OK, back to the serious turbolarry.
Would the "cry O2" be used as an intercooler temp. reducer?
Your not looking to use it in a direct injection system... are you?

There are all kinds of components to the system, fuel cooler, intake cooler, intercooler cooler and probably other parts as well. In most of the parts the CO2 never comes in contact with the fluid/gas being cooled, it goes through a heat exhanger with the CO2 on one side and the other gas/liquid on the other side of the heat exhanger. At the end of the system the gas is either just vented to atmoshpere (my recomendation) or blown acrost the intercooler like the other IC chiller systems that have been discussed here.
