Ecu Flash?

I've got all the basic bolt ons. It is a 2005 Evo 8 set to 22.5psi.
Walbro 255
Greddy exhaust
AMS MBC
JDM MR bov
AEM short ram air intake
LICP (not sure of brand)
FMIC (not sure of brand)

Now I'm reading all this stuff about an ecu tune but money is a little tight. Does Dynoflash do a quality mail in tune or should I just wait and get a custom tune? Please help me on this one I need some good info. I've been searching day and night for the right answer.

me and my buddy have been going back and forth with mellon tuning are cars he will email us a tune and they were pretty dang close we just had to do a few tweaks here and there he resent them and good to go
