European Evo 7 RS2 help needed

I have a 2002 EVO7 RS2. I am not technically gifted, so I need to take this car to a shop for repairs and maintenance. However, I cant find someone in Florida that knows how to work on this car. Every Mitsubishi dealership I have taken it to refuses to change my blown dash lights because they dont carry that kind. They refuse to do a tuneup because the parts are different. The plastic piece under the car's front bumper needs to be replaced, but no one knows how to order this part.

Is there a shop in Florida that will work on my EVO7 RS2???
Is there any advice someone can offer to get these problems taken care of?
