Hello,'
I am new here and need some help, i need to Rebuild my Engine but i am not sure if i just do a regular rebuild or go for the Stroker Kit, but i am not sure which Kit to use, i use the car as a everyday driver but i some times do some Drag racing too. what would you recommend???

I just do not want to waste my money..any thoughts??

Id say just rebuild. Im not saying you cant daily drive the stroker, but if you want the least amount of problems while putting down a good amount of power and daily driving, a rebuild is the way for you to go. Just buy stronger aftermarket parts. There are plenty of threads that relate to this, so use that search button and learn!

good luck with the stroker. you can daily a stroker but you will need a good tuner and suffer some overall powerloss. my buddy is running a ams 2.33r stroker with a 35r, he dailys it with 540whp......not too shabby.

Yea, but dont the strokers usually have to have the motor refreshed each year to make sure that everything is good to go? Not something I would enjoy paying someone to do, on top of doing maintenance, tuning and buying mods. And since jaleman425 is looking to keep some of that money in his pocket, it doesnt look like the stroker is really what he should be paying for.
