evo issues

I have been having issues with me evo 9 ix.It has full exhaust, downpipe,o2 housing,injen air intake,exedy twin plate clutch. I was driving along and i stepped on gas and felt like it wasn't making boost. SO i brought it to my shop and they explained bov was stuck open. got greddy rs bov and still only making 10psi and then it wants to stall bov has been adjusted many ways no help any suggestions anyone know of a good shop in cny that works on evos any help greatly appreciated

I've never personally used the greddy bov, but I have heard of the diaphrams tearing. It might just be that and can be fixed by rebuilding.

thanx

thanks for tryin to help out,come to find out I cracked my lower intercooler piping where the weld joins piping. Gettin it re welded today.
