Hey guys... .anyone ever have the blower of the heater (under the passenger dash) get clogged up with a bunch of debris?

This is the second time I have cleaned it out. It is so full I am worried it will burn up the motor! It sounds like a playing card in a bicycle tire!

Does anyone know where it could be coming from???

What do you mean it gets cluged? Where exactly? Before or after cabin air filter in the system this cluges up? Picture would be nice where it clugs up.

Wow I've been having this weird rattle from the passenger side that I cannot find for the life of me, wonder if that might be it? hmmm

My heater sucks, lol... but this might explain why there is no heat on settin one and 2. dont know... heater cores suck to fix. or do anything to them. Good luck, it could be just something in the fan.

Mine actually had once a rattle on the passenger side but I didnt gave it that much attention. Can you give a good explanation where and a picture would be nice. How many miles do you have on your car? Maybe your cabin air filter is dirty or even broke. The garbage has to come from somewhere.

coevopower, you have no heat on setting one or two but do you have the blower motor come on on like ac and ventilation on speeds one or two? If the blower motor does not come on first or second speed and it does not matter what you do it still does not come on try changing the resister for the blower motor.

I do have heat, very minimal. I am talkin almost nothing. I do have ac, and evertyhign tho. Yeah I can do all of it in school but its too much of a hassle and all. but mostly I dont get heat on the drivers side foot setting. ill check it out one day when its warm and I have nothing better to do.
