Help,lean idle A/F ratio from 16.4-17.6

I'm normally on the evom boards but their site is down and I want to try and work on the car today. Here's what is wrong: The idle is leaning out and my wideband is reading from 16.4-17.6 and pretty much stays there. When cruising the a/f ratio is where it should be from 14.6-15.2 and when I get on the gas it still holds to where its tuned to. Also there is noticeably more lope in the idle than normal. Finally, the rpms stay up during shifts, and if i push in the clutch it takes a few seconds for the rpm to fall. Any ideas? my mods to the car are:
GSC 264/272 cams
255 fuel pump
Reflash
PPI ported manifold
SS o2 housing
3 inch dp
3 inch test pipe
Greddy evo catback
Helix upper/lower IC pipes
JDM 9 MR BOV
Halman MBC @ 23 psi

I'm going to check all the fittings and do a boost leak test, but I doubt there is a leak, have t-bolt clamps on the couplers and they are glued onto the pipes to further stop leaks. I also pulled the plugs and they look great. I'm thinking that its either a front o2 sensor, or a vacuum leak of some sort, any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

nobody? did a boost leak test yesterday and fixed a leak, but to no avail the idle is still really bumpy and running between 16.5-17.5 in the A/F ratios, anybody have any ideas?

I read the post but had no idea what it could be. A boost leak would really only affect you under boost unless it was a huge leak, but I assume you had none.

I think they are suppose to be lean at idle atleast thats how my supra was tuned and I was told that is normal, however some of the other odd problems dont make sense, while its idling spray starter fluid around the ic piping and fittings.
