HKS T51R SPL & GSC – S2 Camshaft set

I just bought EVO 8 – 2003 (stock) and a friend gave me a gift of:
- New HKS T51R SPL (Turbo only).
- New GSC – S2 Camshaft set.
I am really new to the evo, and I don’t know if the above parts can fit my evo or not, and if there are other mods need to be added?

damn what a good friend pics and specs would help put a little more especially on the cams wouldnt your friend tell you if they were evo specific or not?

i know for sure that cams fits my evo 8, and you can see the spec. on their website:

also i know that HKS T51R SPL is one of the biggest HKS turbos:

but i am not sure if it can fit into my evo, although i saw this video where evo had 977 whp with this turbo.

But, i need to know do i have to change anything else, i mean like injectors, engine parts, ecu,.... etc?

a t51r is a huge turbo, you will need a lot of work to get that thing to work properly. def need a built motor, serious fuel, and a major tune! My thought is sell the t51r and get a fp black if you want some power.

since it needs a major tune, i agree with you to sell it and buy the fp black.
